Lenovo has officially launched two smartphone devices A5000 and P70 that went on sale in India few days back. Users can avail these smartphones in Lenovo Retail stores and TheDoStore online.
Lenovo A5000 - Key Specifications
Lenovo A5000, sports a 5-inch HD IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is clocked at 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor and Mali 400 GPU along with 1GB RAM under the hood.

Moving to the storage capacity, it comes with 8GB of built-in storage, with an expansion option via microSD card slots.
Moreover, on the imaging front, A5000 flaunts a 8MP auto-focus rear camera with LED Flash, 2MP front camera and shipped with Android 4.4 KitKat on top of Vibe 2.0 UI.
This smartphone comes with 4000mAh battery that promises up to 35 hours talk time and up to 33.5 days standby. Lenovo A5000 is available in White and Black variant at a price of Rs.9,999.
Lenovo P70 - Key Specifications
Lenovo P70, sports a 5-inch HD display with 720p and it is clocked at 1.7GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor along with 2GB RAM under the hood.
On the storage front, P70 comes equipped with 16GB of internal storage and runs on Android 4.4, but Lenovo has promised to provide the Lollipop update of the smartphone in the Q2, 2015.
Moving to the imaging factor, it flaunts a 13MP auto-focus rear camera with LED flash, 5MP fixed-focus front shooter and supports connectivity options like dual SIM, 4G LTE support, Wi-fi, Bluetooth, 3.5mm audio jack.
The Lenovo P70 comes with 4000mAh battery, under the board, where Lenovo claims that battery was offer talk-time of upto 46 hours. Coming in Black variant, Lenovo P70 comes with a price tag of Rs. 15,999.
Commenting on the launch, Sudhin Mathur, Director - Smartphones, Lenovo India said, "Lenovo has been a pioneer in long battery life smartphones starting with P780 in 2013. With P70 & A5000 we are looking at further extending our relationship with long lasting smartphones."
