Lenovo has come up with several smartphones under its Vibe series, still the company is struggling to set a strong foothold in the native market. Now, the Chinese smartphone maker has come up with a new smartphone to surge the sales figures in the budget segment - the new Lenovo Golden Warrior A8.
As of now, the new Android smartphone will debut only in China, further there is no news on the India market release or availability.
Lenovo Golden Warrior A8 - Key Specifications
The new Golden Warrior A8 is said to sport a 5-inch touchscreen display, an octa-core MediaTek processor (MT6592), which includes support for 4G LTE network. It is said that the MT6290 LTE modem included inside the phone's chipset will be able to deliver data transfer speeds of up to 150 Mbps. The chipset will be coupled with 2 GB of RAM, as well as with 16 GB of internal storage along with a microSD card slot.
Golden Warrior A8 will also come equipped with a 13-megapixel camera with a BSI sensor and dual-LED flash, which will certainly be capable of recording videos in full HD resolution. What will be another impressive hardware is the inclusion of 5-megapixel front facing shooter, which will obviously be of great help especially in taking selfies.
Lenovo Golden Warrior A8 runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system, with the company's own VIBE UI 2.0 custom interface loaded on top.
Details pertaining to the battery and other connectivity features are not disclosed yet but Lenovo will reveal it soon.
Lenovo Golden Warrior A8 - What about Price?
As informed by the company, reportedly Golden Warrior A8 will be available for purchase in four color variants viz. Black, Gold, Pink, and White at the price of around $128 (approx. Rs. 7,639). Moreover, the phone will also feature a faux-leather back cover.
