Lenovo Smartphones to Get Lollipop 5.0 Update in Q2

Lenovo has just announced the list of handsets, that will get the latest version of the OS updates. In this list, some seven nre devices set to taste the new Lollipop 5.0 update. Moreovre, the company has promised that, it will roll-out the update for more devices in future. The devices which gets the updates are A5000, A6000, P70, S90, Vibe X2, Vibe Z2, and Vibe Z2 Pro.

Lenovo has is planning to release the Lollipop update 5.0 somewhere between April 1 and June 30. So, you guys have to practise a bit of patience till then. The update will be done Over the Air (OTA).

On the other hand, Lollipop updates comes with new material design which offers a bold, colorful and responsive UI design, refreshing notification system. It allows the users to see the notification in the lock screen and heads up notification are displayed like banners on the top of the screen.

Additionally, there is do-not-disturb feature also added in the notification bar. This update also contains battery optimization, which includes battery saver mode, job scheduling and a new developer tool called Battery Historian which tracks the battery consumption by the apps.
