After the Vibe X and Vibe Z, Lenovo had not released any similar devices with better designs. However, the IFA 2014 became the platform for the Chinese smartphone maker to showcase its new devices - the Vibe X2 and Vibe Z2.

Now, it appears that the launch of the Vibe X2 is pretty imminent in India, as Lenovo has already listed the handset on its official website. Although, it is not sure, when the company will roll out the handset in the subcontinent, but whenever that would be, it is definitely soon.

Lenovo Vibe X2: Key Specifications

The Lenovo Vibe X2 sports a 5.0-inch wide-view FHD display offering a Full HD resolution of 1920x1080pixels. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6595m 4G LTE 2.0GHz True8Core processor coupled with 2GB RAM. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. The smartphone houses 32GB of ROM.

Connectivity options include: 4G LTE; FDD Band 1,3,7,20, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi hotspot, and Bluetooth 4.0 . The device will also be launched in Dual SIM variant for Asian market and other market will receive a singe SIM model. The latest offering from Lenovo comes with a 13MP auto-focus rear camera with LED Flash and at the front there is a 5MP fixed-focus front facing shooter.

The Lenovo Vibe X2 comes with a 140.2 X 68.6 X 7.27mm dimension and is powered by a 2300mAh Li-polymer battery. According to the company the battery will offer the talk time up to 17 hours on 2G network and 19 hours on 3G and 19.5 hours on 4G. If offers standby time of up to 9.5 days (2G), 9 days (3G) and 7.5 days (4G).
