Lenovo has confirmed to roll out Android Kitkat update for its latest Vibe Z and Vibe X smartphones in India. The handsets were initially launched with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and Android Jelly Bean 4.2 respectively. Both the handsets are extremely tempting and the Vibe X comes with a very thin profile and light build. It also features an amazing front facing wide-angle camera.

Lenovo Vibe Z
The Vibe Z features a Full HD 5.5 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display that churns out a pixel density of 401 ppi pixel density. It is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by Snapdragon 800 quad core SoC clocked at 2.2GHz coupled with Adreno 330 GPU and 2 GB of RAM. It runs on Android OS, v4.3 (Jelly Bean) OS. The top-class Vibe Z from Lenovo also features a massive 13 MP rear camera with autofocus, f1.8 aperture lens and LED flash, which is capable of shooting pictures at 4128 x 3096 pixels quality.
On the front, the 5 MP front camera that's equipped with an 84° lens for wide-angle shots will be easy for taking selfies and making video calls. Connectivity options include GPRS, SPEED, WLAN, Bluetooth, USB and 3G. Also adding to the surprise the handset is 4G LTE supported device and is already compatible with most of the LTE network around in European countries and other 4G supporting countries. The device will be available in India in 16 GB storage variant. However, there is no microSD card slot. The device measures 149.1 x 77 x 7.9 mm and is powered by a non-removable Li-Po 3000 mAh battery.
Lenovo Vibe X
Lenovo Vibe X comes with 5.0 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels and 441 ppi pixel density. Moreover, it is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The handset is powered by a Mediatek MT6589T Quad-core Cortex A7 processor clocked to 1.5 GHz coupled with PowerVR SGX544MP2 graphics and 2 GB RAM. The smartphone runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS. The best part of the handset is the 13 MP rear camera which is capable of shooting pictures at 4128 x 3096 pixels. It is accompanied by autofocus and LED flash. At the front-face of the handset there is a 5 MP wide angle lens.
Connectivity options are quite regular with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, AGPS and 3G support. The handset comes with a 16GB of onboard storage capacity. It has Gravitation, Proximity, Light, and E-Compass sensors as well.
The smartphone has a premium polycarbonate body and an advanced mold, laser-engraved 3D tactile finish, as said earlier. It measures 144x74x6.9mm which makes it a super thin handset and weighs 121 grams. The device draws its energy from a 2,000mAh battery.
