With Samsung already expected to release its next-big thing in the first half of 2015, LG isn't far behind in the cut throat competition. At least for now: rumors suggest that LG might take on Samsung's popular Note series with the upcoming G4 flagship.
Most recently at this year's IFA Berlin tech show, we saw the arrival of the LG G3 Stylus. New reports might possibly hint at the G4, which could come with LG's ‘G-Pen' stylus. In fact, it was long reported that LG was working on a new stylus, similar to Samsung's ‘S-Pen'.
So far, there's hardly any concrete information available about the LG G4. Meanwhile, if the LG G4 does come with a working stylus the handset will indeed rival the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
According to several media reports, the LG G4 would come with a 5.7-inch QHD ( 2K resolution) display, a Snapdragon 810 processor, 4GB of RAM, 32GB of on-board storage, a 20.7MP rear-facing camera, a 3,500mAh battery inside, Android 5.0 and more.
All things considered, the LG G4 is expected to be a monster device. That being said, if the alleged device will be unveiled at the annual Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona in March 2015, then players like Samsung, Sony and HTC need to think about a whole new strategy altogether.
