LG L90 Gets Android Lollipop 5.0 Update in India

LG has started rolling the Android Lollipop 5.0 update for L90 dual SIM variant. India is the second country to get the Lollipop 5.0 update after UAE. This update contains 775MB in size and available Over the Air (OTA), also users can get it manually via LG Mobile Support tool.

Lollipop update comes with new material design which offers a bold, colorful and responsive UI, refreshing notification system. It will also allow the users to see the notification in the lock screen and they will get displayed like banners on the top of the screen.

Additionally, there is a do-not-disturb feature added to the notification bar. This update also contains battery optimization, which includes battery saver mode, job scheduling and a new developer tool called Battery Historian -- which tracks the battery consumption by an application.

LG L90 smartphone comes with 4.7-inch display with a resolution of 540x960 pixels. It is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core along with 1GB RAM. On the storage, it has 8GB of internal memory, with an expansion option of up to 32GB via microSD card slot.

Moving to the imaging factor, the rear camera is equipped with 8MP, while the front has 1.3MP. L90 is shipped with Android 4.4 and it is powered by a 2540mAh battery under the hood.
