Clash of the Titans in mobile handset market is a common thing now. Giants like Samsung, HTC, LG, Nokia etc usually bring in big time smartphone mobiles frequently in the same release period. They would always be rivals when it comes to the specifications and performance which would most probably be awesome for the handsets.

Mobile handset market is going to be a warzone for LG and Samsung soon, as LG is all set to bring LG Optimus Black to the field while Samsung’s champion is Samsung Replenish, both feature rich smartphones. LG Optimus Black and Samsung Replenish come under the Candybar form factor category. Let’s see who will dominate in the technical specifications criteria.

LG Optimus Black specifications:

From the specifications, it is safe to infer that LG Optimus Black dominates in the specifications with great processors, good camera specifications, better display and HDMI out features, although Samsung Replenish apparently is the larger of the two but only in size. Samsung Replenish has a 2.8 inch multi touchscreen which is kind of disappointing as touching a 2.8 inch screen is a bit awkward. Even with a 1600 mAh battery, Samsung Replenish doesn’t seem impressive when it comes to talktime and standby time. Although LG Optimus Black also doesn’t reach the expectations for the same; the battery efficiency is quite decent.

No official confirmation about the price of Samsung Replenish has come out, but is expected to somewhere closer to Rs 10,000 in India. LG Optimus Black will have a bigger price tag of close to Rs 20,000 in India.
