After having an epiphany with regards to what good the KitKat version can possibly do to the company, most of the India-based smartphone makers have been trying their level best bring as much low-end KitKat phones in the market.

Micromax Bolt A069 With Android KitKat OS Now Up For Sale At Rs 5,301

One of the products, which has come as the consequence of the same realization is the latest Micromax Bolt A069. The KitKat flavored smartphone is currently available from eBay.in at the price of Rs. 5,301 and it is being offered in wide range of color options including Tranquil Green, Pure Grey, Raging Red, Pristine White and Mellow Yellow colors.

If you are not aware, the second largest smartphone brand in India vendor-wise, also launched the Unite 2 A106, Micromax Canvas Entice A105, Canvas Gold Android A300 and Canvas Knight A350 with the same Android version in the recent past. All these devices are available in India.

Anyways, talking about the latest one the Bolt A069, Micromax has used a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display in the phone. Powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core MediaTek MT6572 processor coupled with a 512MB RAM, it has comparatively lesser power than the aforementioned ones. Though, it runs Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS.

Other specs include: Dual SIM (GSM + GSM) with dual standby, 5MP fixed focus camera with LED flash, 0.3MP front-facing camera, 4GB internal memory (1.53GB for mass storage), expandable memory up to 32GB with microSD, 2G (EDGE), WiFi, Bluetooth and a 1800 mAh battery which according to the company offers up to 7 hours of talktime and up to 210 hours of standby time.

One thing what might attract customers towards this phone is that it supports 20 Indian regional languages and English, similar to what we have seen in Unite 2.

Apart from the handsets from the same company, the latest Bolt A069 will have to rival against number of other KitKAt flavored handsets like the Xolo Q600s, Lava Iris X1 and Moto E among others.
