India based Micromax is leaving no stone unturned to create hype surrounding Canvas 4. The phone is expected to be an answer to Samsung's flagship device - the Galaxy S4. The other day, our trusty @MMXNewscaster managed to come up with an alleged image of Canvas 4(White variant).
Now the same handset was spotted on a popular online shopping site - Saholic. According to listing the handset is expected to arrive on June 30. However, the price is missing from the listing. And surprisingly internal specifications do not match with existing rumors. Even the image used by the site does not resemble to what @MMXNewscaster sent to us last week.
As per Saholic, the Micromax Canvas 4 will have a 5-inch TFT LCD display, 1.7GHz quad-core processor(Mediatek 6589 chipset), 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, Dual SIM, W-Fi, 3G , Bluetooth, USB 2.0, 3.5mm headphone jack and an unspecified battery. In the camera department, we will see a 13-mega pixel rear camera on the back.
While media reports are saying that the phone could have an octa-core processor similar to Galaxy S4. The listing does not mention whether the display comes with Full HD resolution or not.
Micromax is yet to reveal anything concrete about its forthcoming device. In the mean time, we have come with the internal specifications of Canvas 4 based on various reports. Have a look!
