Micromax Canvas Tab P650E and Funbook Ultra HD P580 Launched in India

Even as the market for phablets grows strong by the day, tablets, on the other hand, continue to become powerful in terms of features and hardware. India-based Micromax sees growth in the tablet market business, particularly among low-end buyers.

So today, the company introduced the Canvas Tab P650E and Funbook Ultra HD P580 tablet in Indian market.

Both tablet devices are now available via Micromax's official online store. The Canvas Tab P650E will be delivered in 7-10 working days and is priced at Rs. 8999. Moreover, the Canvas Tab P650E is also available with MTS offer.

On the other hand, the Funbook Ultra HD P580 is priced at Rs. 11,990.

Micromax Canvas Tab P650E- Highlighted Specifications

The Canvas Tab P650E features a 7-inch display and runs the old version of Android mobile OS (Ice Cream Sandwich).

It is powered by a 1GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. The makers have added a 3000mAh battery fitted inside.

On the imaging front, the tablet incorporates a 2MP rear-facing camera, and a VGA quality shooter given in the front. The Canvas Tab P650E supports single SIM functionality with support for CDMA networks.

Micromax Funbook Ultra HD P580- Highlighted Specifications

Talking about its specifications, the Funbook Ultra HD P580 comes with a large 7.8-inch IPS display having a HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.

It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor coupled with a 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal memory, which can be expandable up to 32GB via a microSD card slot. The device runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.

In the imaging front, there is a 5MP rear-facing camera, alongside a 2MP front-facing shooter for taking selfies. Other connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth , GPS / aGPS. The makers have added a 3600mAh battery fitted inside.

Additionally, the device does come with a 3G SIM card connectivity and it also supports voice calling capabilities too.
