Micromax Packs Joy X1899 and Joy X1850 at Rs 699 and Rs 799

Micromax has launched two basic feature phone under the JOY series. Dubbed as Joy X1800 and Joy X1850, it is packed in a pouch, unlike other phones which comes in box. According to Micromax, this is the first phone that is packed in a pouch. This phone is targeted towards the customers, who wants to buy a cheap phones for calling and messaging purposes.

Moving on to the specifications, these phones sports a screen of 1.77-inch QQVGA colored screen with 128x160 pixels and packed with rear camera, Bluetooth 3.0, expandable memory up to 4GB, FM Radio, Flash light and also support dual SIM slots.

Micromax Joy X1800 comes with a durable body, dust-proof keypad and powered by a 750mAh battery that promises standby time of up to 235 hours and 3 hours of talk time, while the Micromax Joy X1850 has a 1800 mAh battery that promises 25 days standby and 7.5h talk time.

Priced at Rs. 699 and Rs. 749, Joy X1899 and Joy X1850 respectively, it will go on sales across India in the upcoming week.
