We can also observe, that due to the exclusive partnership with Micromax, CyanogenMod plans on dumping OnePlus with its updates in the future. The company clearly stated that the OnePlus One units sold in the Indian market won't receive OTA updates any further. In a blog post the company said, "If a user in India purchased an OnePlus One global device from a foreign store, will be allowed to receive our OTA firmware updates. However, this excludes OnePlus One regional devices sold directly in India. We are committed to our exclusive partnership in India with Micromax, which will be launching its first Cyanogen OS device under their new YU brand."
CyanogenMod has announced its upcoming theme app that will debut in the Micromax Yu, which act as a store for users to download and browse various themes.
