The company took to social networking site, Twitter, to announce the flash-less sale. The tweet did not mention the amount of units available so we can't be sure of the duration after all.

YU Yureka sports a 5.5 inch HD (1280×720 pixels) IPS Display with a pixel density of 267ppi and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 64 bit Octa core(1.5GHz quad core + 1GHz quad Core) Snapdragon 615 processor with 2 GB of RAM and Adreno 405 GPU.
It features a 12 megapixel Sony Exmor R Sensor rear camera with LED Flash and a 5 megapixel front camera. It comes with 16 GB of in-built storage which can be further expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD Card.
Its connectivity options include 4G, LTE, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It packs a 2,500 mAh battery which can provide 7 hours on LTE network and 210 hours of standby time.
Micromax YU Yureka runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop (CM12). It is a dual sim (GSM+GSM) device with dual standby support.

The Micromax subsidiary will also launch Yu Yureka's successor which will be called Yuphoria. The name was chosen through crowd sourcing and even the interface of the phone has been crowdsourced through a competition.
