Microsoft's Lumia 1330 has been long rumored as a device that competes with the likes of Samsung Galaxy Mega 2, and any other large screen handset from the so-called Chinese vendors.

NokiaPowerUser reports that Microsoft's forthcoming Lumia 1330 with model number RM-1062, has been spotted at the GFXBench site. The tech website has shared a screenshot for the 3D graphics performance of Nokia RM-1062 from the benchmarking site. The listing confirms the highlighted specifications of the alleged device, which surfaced online numerous times over the past few months.

Microsoft Lumia 1330 (RM-1062) Specs Confirmed Via GFXBench Benchmark

According to a report, the Lumia 1330 comes with a 5.7-inch 720p HD display. Apart from its display, it also boasts a Snapdragon 400 processor, paired with an Adreno 305 Graphics Unit. The 5.7-inch smartphone is expected to run on Windows Phone 8.1 Update 2 and 32GB of native storage.

There's a mention of a rear-back camera with a resolution of 4176 x 3120 pixels, which translates to 13-megapixels. It also means that the purported device is bound to come with a 14 MP back camera.

The Nokia Lumia 1320 was released back in October 2013, and has been a popular smartphone for much of 2014. However, the original device now looks dated compared to other phones in the same league.

If the latest rumors are accurate though, the new Lumia 1330 is bound to get launched at the annual Mobile World Congress (MWC) in 2015. The mega tech show is scheduled from 2-5 March 2015 in Barcelona.
