Finnish smartphone giant Nokia, which is a lone-player in the Windows Phone market, according to the the leaked documents will start rolling-out the much talked about Nokia Cyan update to its Lumia range of smartphones. The leaked paper, in fact, reveals the schedule when the update will be rolled out and the model names that are apparently going to receive it.

The Cyan update will bring a number of new features and improvements to the Nokia smartphones powered by Windows Phone 8.1. This means that it will be rolled out after Microsoft will release Windows Phone 8.l for general public.

The alleged paperwork was leaked by well-known tech-bound Twitter user @evleaks and it suggests that the Cyan update will start rolling-out this summer. To be precise, we are waiting for the third week of July. And if you own Nokia Lumia 1020, Lumia 1520 or the Lumia 920, you will be lucky enough as the update is first going to be sent out to these models, according to the leaked schedule.

However, the schedule you see in the leaked document is for the Benelux region, which includes countries like Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg and the Lumia phones in that area will receive Nokia Cyan before the carrier versions of the phones in the U.S.

Nokia Cyan is the update package that will bring all new features to the Windows Phone 8.1 smartphones. Moreover, Cyan update is an improved version of Nokia Creative Studio that will include five new image filters.

Other than that, users will able to see all the effects on Smart Shot, Cinemagraph, and Refocus photos directly in the Camera Roll itself. It is also said that the Cyan update will mark the debut for Nokia SensorCore technology, which allows the usage of sensors on Lumia devices for fitness and adventure-oriented apps without affecting the battery life.
