With Samsung succesfully unveiling and pushing out the brand new Galaxy S5 handset, the road looks clear for the company to work on the next interation the Galaxy range of smartphones. Hence we have already seen a host of rumors and leaks related to the massively rumored Samsung Galaxy S6.
Samsung is anyway currently all over the news for different reasons related to the recently released Galaxy S5 handset. While the device has received heaps of praises from everywhere, it has also been subjected to a few criticisms. However, the device itself is now a final product.
Concentrating on the rumored Galaxy S6 for the time being, while details related to the specs of the device are few and far for the time being, still we have had a barrage of concept images for the handset that made it to all the leading tech sites across the world.
As far as the images are concerned, going by whatever little is known for the handset, it seems most of the concepts have shown off a curved screen that's free of bezels. Apart from that, there's 4GB of RAM and an Exynos 5433 64-bit processor. But the specs aren't official, so you better take them with a pinch of salt.
But while there are a host of smartphone concepts released for the Galaxy S6, there are a few that have actually captured our notice. So here's a look at the top 5.
This concept of the Galaxy S6 shows off the handset with the ability to change the device's UI. The change is primarily happening from TouchWiz to Vanilla, which is a much more minimalistic experience. It also shows off an aluminum body, a new Qualcomm Snapdragon octa core processor and a 5.2 inch Full HD Super AMOLED screen with 3D abilities.
This concept of the Galaxy S6 comes with a Snapdragon 810 64 bit processor. However, reports have also claimed that it may also come with a brand new Samsung made CPU, which is even faster than the Snapdragon 810.
Here's a concept of the device that shows off the handset with a metallic shell and nice back casing. However, the front of the device looks like a regular Xperia design and we have seen similar designs even in the past for a number of other handsets.
While Samsung always places its in-device speakers at the back, this concept begs to differ with the design. In fact, it shows the speakers at the front of the device with a selection of powerful flashes at the back. Also, the case for the handset is slightly curved.
This is one of the most interesting concepts that we have come across until now. As we have mentioned earlier, this concept shows off the phone with an inward curve. The curve also seems pretty decent with the lower and upper side a bit bigger than the middle. While we are sure Samsung will not take the design into account, but that cannot take away from it the fact that it's very interesting.
