After Moto G, now its time for Moto X which has been launched in India. The handset which was only bound to the US market until now is brought to India by one of the most popular e-commerce sites Flipkart. The handset will go on sale from tomorrow at the price of Rs. 23,999 and the wood panel (Walnut and Teak finish wood back variants) featuring variant of the Moto X, which was rumored to come to India, is finally coming at a price of Rs. 25,999.
The Moto X is a premium variant of the Moto G handset which will be making its debut in Indian soil tomorrow. Flipkart had in fact started teasing the handset in India and now it has finally announced via its Twitter account that the Motorola Moto X would go on sale on March 19 and will be available for Rs. 23,999.
The Moto X is a pretty desired handset by many smartphone lovers, so this could likely make most out of the Indian market. The device comes with a 4.7 inch 720p display. It is powered by a 1.7Ghz dual core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor coupled with 2GB RAM and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS. There is a 16GB of inbuilt storage capacity.
Photography is pretty amazing with the inclusion of 10MP Clear Pixel rear camera and a 2MP front facing shooter. The handset is takes in nano SIM and other connectivity options include WiFi b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, GLONASS and NFC, It comes powered by a 2200 mAh battery.
As Flipkart had earlier promised, the handset comes with launch day offers. However, at launch, only the black and white color variant of the handset will be available. The remaining three color options will be on pre-order and will be delivered during the 2nd week of April.
