Motorola's Indian adventure may have been under the wraps for quite some time now, but all that is finally coming to the front with the release of the brand new Moto G offering that offers the latest KitKat Android operating system in as less price as possible.
The massively popular Moto G has been selling briskly in the emerging markets and now rumors surrounding the Moto E, which is said to be even cheaper, has already made a swift entry in the tech domain in India, if not the world.
Only recently, Twitter-bound leakster @LeakserInc. come to our notice, who revealed that Moto E will be available on Online retailer Flipkart exclusively at Rs 8,999.
While we are still waiting for something seriously substantial to emerge for the Moto E, it's needless to say that we are still stuck in darkness related to the specs and features of the device.
Nonetheless, there are a host of rumors currently doing rounds on the web for the Moto E explaining about the various features of the device. Here we take a look at the top 5 among them.
While we still have no idea as to what the Motorola Moto E plans to offer in this respect, but numorous reports in the past have hinted toward a 4.3 inches display with 540 x 960 pixels resolution. The device is also said to be 6.2mm thick, although we are yet to find out what the device weight will be like.
Going by the kind of camera specs we have already seen arriving with the previous Moto G, the Moto E is expected to arrive with a 5 MP rear-facing camera that is capable of capturing photos up to 2,592 х 1,944 pixels, with LED flash, alongside a 1.3 MP front-facing camera unit.
The Motorola Moto E is said to house a lowly Li-Ion 1,900 mAh battery unit. However, keeping in mind the other specs and features of this phone, the handset is anyway expected to last for a day on a single charge.
When initial reports related to the device started making rounds, it was said that the Moto E (4GB) would cost US$230. However, according to recent reports, the handset should be priced roughly around US$100.
As far as the Indian market is concerned, the device has been tipped to be available at Rs. 8,999.
This one is the most rampant of all rumors. According to previous reports, the Motorola Moto E will be unveiled on May 13, 2014 in London.
