Motorola, now under Lenovo Group, is all set to announce its latest affordable smartphone, the Moto E, this coming Tuesday in a Delhi-based event. At this point of time there's little doubt that Motorola will be unveiling the Moto E instead of any other device.
Though the Moto G has already been regarded as cheap when compared to other handsets in the same league, Motorola, however, seems to be preparing even competitive handset under Rs. 10,000 price slab. While Motorola and Flipkart announced the smartphone will be made available in India on May 14, the price of the Moto E has yet to be unveiled.
Today, an official press render of the Motorola Moto E in white color has surfaced via Twitter account @Leaksterin. A closer look at the image gives you a hint about the device's design and form factor. The phone bears larger bezels and also features a speaker at the bottom. Like the original Moto G, the new Motorola-
made device is expected to come with multi-color rear-back shells.
Moto E - All You Need to Know
The budget phone had been making frequent visits online end number of times in the past few weeks. Not long ago, the Moto E was accidently spotted on Motorola's Mexico Facebook page. However, now the image has been taken down, but not before someone could capture a screenshot.
Subsequently, multiple official looking press shots of the Motorola Moto E have turned up online ahead of an anticipated launch of the new budget handset on Tuesday. The alleged pictures, which have appeared on the social network and some online retailers, show the Moto E will look identical to the Moto G in respect to design and form factor.
Twitter sensation @evleaks has also posted the images of the Moto E in Turquoise and Lemon. At the same time, Portuguese website Tecnoblog has found reference to the new device on Brazilian online shopping website, Fast Shop.
Motorola Moto E was earlier spotted at Zauba, an import/export data website. Besides mentioning the name Motorola Moto E with model number XT1022, stated, the listing stated the handset to include 4GB of inbuilt storage, as well as per unit price at Rs. 6,330.

India-based online shopping website, Flipkart, which has exclusive rights to sell the Moto G and Moto X, has now started to tease the upcoming Moto E.
The teaser images don't mention the name specifically but the outline of the phone matches all the leaked images we've seen so far. The phone is expected to go on sale in India on May 14.
According to a listing on Zauba, Indian import/export website, Moto E (XT-1022) has been imported from China to India few days back.
Since the phone has already been shipped into India, most likely, it will go on sale sooner than expected.
Rumors have it that Motorola Moto G could be priced under Rs. 10,000 price slab, giving tough competition to handsets from the likes of Lava, Micromax and Karbonn.
A Brazilian online shopping website FastShop.br has now listed Moto E with its specs details on their website.
The device will come with a 4.3-inch display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection and will be water and dusts resistant like the Moto G. It will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon dual-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz with 1GB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage expandable using microSD card.
