Motorola Moto G Teaser Out: Mid Range Smartphone All Set For Global Debut on November 13
Google owned Motorola is prepping to conquer mainstream global handset markets with the upcoming launch of mid range phone Moto G. Yes, that's right. Motorola may have missed out launching company's flagship Moto X in India, but this time the tech vendor is extra conscious about the Moto G global debut including India.
The latest tweet by Motorola itself reveals that the Moto G may debut in India alongside other leading territories. Motorola has tweeted a special message, saying "Hello" in different languages. "Time to say hola, olá, g'day, hallo, bonjour, namastē, hello to #MotoG," as seen below.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet blockquote"><p>Time to say hola, olá, g'day, hallo, bonjour, namastē, hello to <a href="https://twitter.com/search?q=%23MotoG&src=hash">#MotoG</a> <a href="http://t.co/BXzrLA2DUF">http://t.co/BXzrLA2DUF</a> <a href="http://t.co/HSHuEI2t8P">pic.twitter.com/HSHuEI2t8P</a></p>— Motorola Mobility (@Motorola) <a href="https://twitter.com/Motorola/statuses/397319957723115520">November 4, 2013</a></blockquote> <script async src="//platform.twitter.com/widgets.js" charset="utf-8"></script>
After months of speculations, Motorola has out a teaser, which indicates that finally the company will announce its forthcoming mid-end smartphones Moto G on November 13.
Reportedly, Motorola will live stream the event and users have been asked to sign-in on the official website to get latest updates. Moto G - What Specs to Expect?
Motorola Moto G is speculated to be a cheaper version of Moto X. The phone will have a 4.5-inch 720p HD display. The device is said to come powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon powered quad-core chipset, backed by 2GB of RAM. There will be a 5-megapixel camera on the rear and a VGA quality front-facing camera for long video chat.
The device will reportedly run on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean instead of Android 4.4 Kitkat. Other connectivity options could include: Bluetooth 4.0 and a 1950mAh battery fitted inside. Moreover, the phone is also expected to include an 8GB of internal memory. Currently, there is no word on the expandable nature of internal memory.
The teaser page shows that the Moto G will be made available across the globe including India. It is unknown at the moment whether the Moto G will be made available by Google Play, like any other Nexus device.
