Finally, the Moto X (2014) has become available in India via exclusive online retail partner Flipkart. As said yesterday the device can be bought now at the price of Rs. 31,999.

The one that is selling at the aforementioned price is a base model. The Second Generation Moto X in Bamboo White and Black Leather finish cost Rs. 33,999 and are available for pre-order on Flipkart. These would ship in the second week of October.

Motorola Moto X (2104): Key Specifications

The Motorola Moto X comes with a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974-AC) processor with Adreno 330 GPU. For multi-tasking it uses a 2GB RAM and the phone runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) OS.

In terms of imaging, the handset uses a 13MP rear camera with dual LED Ring flash, f/2.25 aperture, and 4K video recording capability. At the front, users will get to see a 2MP front-facing snapper with 1080p HD video recording capability.

The device can be bought in two variants depending on the internal storage capacity viz. 16GB and 32GB. The new Moto X also has a wide range of connectivity options like 3G, WiFi 802.11a/g/b/n/ac (dual band), Bluetooth 4.0 LE, GPS, GLONASS and NFC.

The smartphone with a front-facing speaker is powered by a 2300 mAh battery and measures 9.97 mm thick and weighs 144 grams.
