Motorola X Phone Rumors: Alleged Specs Pop Out Showing Snapdragon 800 CPU, Mammoth Battery and More

US based company Motorola is generating a lot of Hype, since its upcoming flagship smartphone has come to the light. Code named as Motorola X, the smartphone has been rumor-bound for some time now. The device is expected to be unveiled at this year's Google I/O event, which has been scheduled for May. The belief in the tec-world is that the handset might be reveled after Google launches the next version of Android mobile operating system.

There are stories being told that the smartphone will come with an array of customizable options as per the user requirements. Rumors suggested that the user might be able to decide on things like how much RAM should go in to the device, colour, native storage option and others. Motorola adviser, Guy Kawasaki's Google+ page showed a video for the customizable "Porsche Exclusive" with the sentence "Wouldn't it be great if you could personalize your phone like this?"

There is more news about Motorola X. PhoneArena reports that an anonymous tipster has given them some info on the specks of the alleged device. The smartphone is said to pack 4.8 inch display, made of sapphire glass which is three times harder than Gorilla Glass. Motorola X will come with a quad-core 2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and a massive 4,000mAh battery. The handset is said to be water and dust resistant like the Xperia Z.

The smartphone is expected to launch, somewhere around November. If the specs mentioned above turn out to be right, Motorola X might just, dominate the market.
