MWC 2015: Lenovo Vibe Shot with 16MP Camera, Tri-Color Flash Launched

Targeting the photographers around the world, Lenovo has announced a new smartphone, which is mainly focused on the camera. Codenamed Lenovo Vibe Shot, this premium looking smartphone has been showcased in the MWC 2015 event in Barcelona Spain today. This smartphone comes with a six-piece modular lens, IR autofocus, tricolor flash and optical image stabilization.

Lenovo Vibe Shot - Key Specifications

Lenovo Vibe Shot, sports a 5-inch FHD IPS display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels. It is powered by a 1.7GHz 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor along with 3GB RAM. On the storage, this device supports 32GB internal memory, with an expansion slot of up to 128GB via microSD card slot.

On the camera front, it has 16MP rear camera with autofocus, tricolor flash, with six-piece lens, Optical Image Stabilisation and a Backside Illuminated sensor. Also, it comes with Laser auto-focus offering double the focusing speed (compared to non-laser autofocus) and the tricolor flash automatically adjusts the luminosity of the images based on the ambient light.

Moreover, it has a dedicated physical camera button along with Smart preset settings and advanced Pro settings, which can be switch with the flick of a switch. This device measures 7.3mm thickness and weighs 145grams. Vibe Shot is shipped with Android Lollipop 5.0,out of the box.

Moving to the connectivity options, it supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, GPS, BT 4.0, dual SIM and powered by a huge 2900mAh battery.

Coming in Crimson Pearl White, Graphite Grey, Lenovo Vibe Shot carries a price tag of $349 (approx Rs. 21,600), and will hit the shelves this June in selected countries.
