HTC
HTC One series has seen one of the top rated smartphones successively for 2 years (HTC One, HTC One M8). We might expect the same success this year too. HTC already sent out the invites for it's next flagship smartphone release -HTC One M9 aka HTC Hima (M9). We are expecting this smartphone to be launched in MWC 2015 as the invites are dated as March 1st. This smartphone is rumored to have the same Snapdragon
810 processor like we see in HTC One M8, a 3 GB of RAM, 20MP rear camera, 13MP front camera.
Samsung
Samsung, the top guy in the best smartphones list has been launching its Galaxy series smartphones since 2011 in MWC, recently we have seen the Galaxy S5 which ended up with less sales. This time it will be Samsung Galaxy S6 (successor of Galaxy S5). We have seen the Galaxy Note Edge in IFA 2014 (curved at one edge), it is rumored that the next flagship smartphone might have curves in both the edges but this rumor is found to be untrue from the latest report. We have seen the Galaxy Note Edge in IFA 2014 ( curved at one edge), it is rumored that the next flagship smartphone might have curves in both the edges but this rumor is found to be untrue from the latest report. GSMArena already revealed the main specifications of Galaxy S6, as per it this one comes with the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 4 (the toughest screen protection now) powered with the Exynos 7420 chipset. It will have a 3GB of RAM (like HTC Hima M9), 20MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. Besides this Galaxy S6, samsung also planning to release Galaxy S6 mini, Galaxy S6 Edge.
Sony
Last year, Sony came up with Xperia Z2 ( successor of Xperia Z1) and again in IFA 2014, the company released Xperia Z3. Both these smartphones were highly priced but with similar design and specs.
The next smartphone from Xperia Z series will obviously be Xperia Z4, and it doesn't make sense if the Xperia Z4 specs are also upgraded with out showing any innovation but as per the reports it will be a completely new smartphone which doesn't resemble it's predecessors.
OnePlus
After it's huge success, OnePlus is planning to come up with it's the sucessor OnePlus Two. OnePlus Two specifications are already listed in some chinese e-commerce sites and some reports suggest that OnePlus Two will have a 5.5' QHD display, a 4GB of RAM, Snapdragon 810 processor and a 3,300 mAh battery. (But these specifications are not officially confirmed yet).
LG
Like Sony has Xperia Z series, Samsung has Galaxy S series, LG has G series which are launched in the MWC every year. Starting from the LG G Pro, every smartphone in the G series became popular with it's high-end specifications. Last year we saw LG G3 at MWC 2014, which is one of the top 5 best smartphones launched in MWC 2014. This year we can expect LG G4 (the successor of LG G3). As per the leaks LG G4 is rumored to be the second flagship smartphone to run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor. It is also said to sport a 5.3' QHD display, 3 GB RAM, 16MP rear camera and 13 MP front camera.
Microsoft
This year in MWC, a new flagship smartphone is expected to launch which will be the first Lumia Windows Phone running on Windows 10.
Microsoft Lumia
Lumia's "X33 series" is not going to end up soon. Rumors are rife that the next Windows Phone in this series will beMicrosoft Lumia 1330 (after Lumia 530, 630, 730,830 and 930).
This Windows Phone will also be the successor to the Lumia 1320 which was launched in October 2013. As per the rumor, Lumia 1330 will come with a 5.7' 720P HD display, powered with 1.2 Ghz snapdragon 400 processor, 1 GB of RAM, 14MP rear camera (Pure view) and 5 MP front-facing camera.
BlackBerry
It is reported that BlackBerry has been working on an unconventional smartphone that is going to be unveiled at MWC, this year. While specs are not yet known, but back in September 2014 in an interview with Reuters, Ron Louks (President, Devices and Emerging solutions) said that, "the next flagship smartphone from BlackBerry can be operated easily with one hand, all the network operators also gave a positive review on this device." This confirms that the latest flagship smartphone from BlackBerry might support the majority of the network operators.
As the BlackBerry Passport is already launched last year, we are expecting the next flagship will be BlackBerry visa (as there are lots of leaks in this)
Huawei
Recently in CES 2015, Huawei launched a slew of smartphones including Huawei P7, Huawei Mate7, as well as Huawei Honor 6 and Honor 6 Plus. Moving on to the next event, that is, MWC 2015, Huawei is planning to launch its next flagship smartphone which is rumored to be Huawei Ascend P8.
As per the rumors, the upcoming device will sport a 5.2' Full HD display, just like seen in iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, where the screen looks a slightly curved. Further, it might also come with 3GB of RAM and 32GB on-board storage.
ZTE
Just like Huawei and Microsoft , ZTE is also planning to launch its next flagship in MWC 2015. There's no relevant information regarding the next smartphone from ZTE but rumor has it that a smartphone codenamed Nubia Z9 will be announced at the Barcelona tech show.
