This brand is not as big as Sony or Samsung, but still wants to succeed by making world's cheapest Quad Core Full HD phone. The Neo N003 could be a big threat if the device arrives at $145( Rs.7,871) in the Chinese market.
Neo Mobile, a Chinese tech vendor, is trying to carve its niche by launching a 5-inch 1920 x 1080 resolution device. Powered by Quad Core processor, 2GB RAM, and 13-mega pixel shooter on the back, the device is ready to hit Chinese market this April.
Earlier this month, it was revealed that the Neo N003 is real with 1080p Full HD resolution with no retail release fixed by the manufacturer. Now it seems like the device could hit the market next month.
However, the tech vendor is still denying April, 2013, release date. Recently, few pictures of the device were uploaded by the vendor on Neo Mobile forum site (via GizChina). Going by the posted images of Neo N003, the device design is neat, and practical.
The device is made from bendable plastic as one can expect from an affordable device. The rectangular slab with shining bezels and traditional three way Android buttons come standard. On the front a front facing camera along with ambient light sensors justifies the design.
On the back, 13-mega pixel shooter with LED Flash, surprises you. The device will have a powerful 3,000mAh battery (still not confirmed), Wi-Fi, A-GPS, Bluetooth, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
Well, in India, no tech vendor has come up with a 5-inch Full HD smartphone yet. However, it is said that Micromax is currently working on the successor to popular Canvas HD.
The rumored device is said to have a 5.5-inch 1080p Full HD display, 2GB of RAM, 2-GHz Quad Core processor, 3,000mAh battery, 3D graphics, Wi-Fi, 3G, 13-mega pixel rear camera with dual LED Flash support, Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 , and expandable storage up to 64GB. As of now, one has to solace our mind with the speculated specifications.
