Apple has launched its two new iPhone models in India. Many Apple fans were excited for the launch happened late on Thursday night at Apple authorized stores, where fans lined up to purchase the iPhone 6s and the iPhone 6s Plus.
Well, it is worth mentioning that, this is the fastest iPhone rollout in the Indian market, with just less than a month after going on sale in the U.S.
The iPhone 6s is available at a starting price of Rs. 62,000 for 16GB version, Rs. 72,000 for the 64GB model and Rs. 82,000 for 128GB. While, the iPhone 6s Plus has a starting price of Rs. 72,000 for the 16GB version, Rs. 82,000 for the 64GB and the 128GB costs Rs. 92,000.
Apple iPhone 6S is the most advanced iPhones ever, adding a new dimensions to the iPhone's revolutionary Muli-Touch interface and 3D Touch.
As expected the physical design of both new iPhones are same as the previous models. But, comes with minor adjustments to the dimensions of the new hardware. The iPhone 6S and the iPhone 6S Plus features 4.7 inch and 5.5 inch LED Retina display respectively.

The 3D Touch works similarly to the rumored Force Touch, allowing to press with different levels of force, which sensed through display to execute different commands. The 3D Touch features two major functions: peek and pop. The peek function allows user to look something briefly, while the pop creates a new menu. Well, Apple has also demonstrated how 3D Touch can be used by developers at the launch event.
12MP iSight Camera
Apple has enhanced the iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus with 12 megapixel iSight camera on the back and a 5 megapixels Face Time camera on front. The 12 megapixels provides 50 percent more pixels in every image and the company expect even better photos.
The new iPhone 6S sports a 4.7 inch LED Retina display at a resolution of 1334x750 pixels with 401ppi. With the screen size its very comfortable to hold the device. The display is sharp and bright and the photos and videos on the display looks great.
The iPhone 6S is going to be even faster, Apple says that the new A9 chip is 70 percent faster than the A8 chipset, which is used in iPhone 6 and 90 percent faster for graphics performance. For the first time, Apple has also introduced its M9 motion processor, into the A9 chipset, allowing to consume less power.
Both iPhones are available in three color options: 16GB, 64GB and 128GB of built-in storage. There is no option to expand memory using a micorSD card.
Apple introduced the new feature, which is sort of HTC's Zeo or Nokia's Lumia Camera application. Basically, the Live Photos is that the camera records 1.5 seconds of content before and after you take a photo, and allows to view little moving picture when you long press a photo. This features brings the photo to life, and gives a quick reminder of the moment, without even recording.
The iPhone 6s comes with a non-removable 1715mAh battery, which the company claims that the battery can stand for a whole day. While, the iPhone 6s Plus is packed with 2915mAh battery.

The new iPhone supports up to 23 LTE bands, which the company claims is the most in any smartphone, for a better worldwide roaming. You just need to unlock your device to get advantage of data networks globally, and its a big advantage for world travelers who want the fastest and largest possible networks while worldwide roaming.
