Taiwan-based handset maker, Asus has launched the successor of Zenfone Go 4.5 in the Indian market at a price of Rs. 7,999 couple of days back. Dubbed as Zenfone Go 5.0, this device is available now in the e-commerce store Amazon India and will be soon available in Snapdeal. Coming in Charcoal Black and Pearl White variant, the Zenfone Go 5.0 comes with a price tag of Rs. 7,999.

Moving on to the specifications of Zenfone Go 5.0, it sports a 5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It is powered by a Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 401 SoC clocked at 1.2GHz along with Adreno 306 GPU.

Talking about the storage, this device comes with 2GB RAM, 16GB ROM, with an expandable option via microSD card slot up to 32GB. Further, this dual SIM device is shipped with Android 4.4 KitKat topped with Zen UI.

On the imaging factor, the Zenfone Go 5.0 flaunts an 8MP rear camera with LED flash, 5MP front camera on board. The connectivity options include 4G LTE/3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. The above hardware is juiced with 2500mAh battery under the hood.
