Blackberry Announced Pre-Order for Android Powered Priv Smartphone
Few days back, Blackberry has officially released the images of its first Android powered smartphone, dubbed as BlackBerry Priv. Today, the company has started the pre-registration for the Android smartphone.
As per the official website, the slider smartphone will sport a 5.4-inch dual curved display, similar to the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge. Also, it comes with Schneider-Kreuznach camera package, powered by a 3,410mAh battery.
Reiterating the rumored specifications, the Blackberry Priv is said to sport a 5.4-inch Quad HD display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels along with 4-row BlackBerry slider keyboard.
As per the report, this device is expected to be powered by Hexa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 64-bit processor with Adreno 418 GPU clubbed with 3GB RAM under the hood.
If the rumor turns out to be true, this device is said to come with 18MP rear camera with dual LED Flash, OIS, PDAF, 5MP front snapper on board. Also, it will be shipped with Android Lollipop out of the box.

According to the previous report, the so-called Priv will come supported by 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS + GLONASS.
The BlackBerry Priv is rumored to launch on all the four major U.S. carriers, Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T and Verizon in November.
