Rumors have it that Chinese smartphone manufacturer Doogee is working on the F3 smartphone which will come in a higher-end variant, to be called the F3 Pro. Now, specs details of F3 and alleged images of the F3 Pro have come up on the web, giving us more information about these yet to be announced smartphones.
According to PhoneArena, the Doogee F3 will flaunt a 5-inch display made up of Ultra Clear Glass, which is the same material that is used in making premium quality fish tanks. If the report is to be believed this glass can transmit light at a rate of 91.5 percent, to offer a crystal-like clear look. In addition to that, the glass gets an AF nano-coating to prevent the screen from getting smudges, fingerprints and dust and dirt. If this is not enough, the 2.5D glass will come with merely 1mm thin side bezels.
The Doogee F3 is expected to be the company's flagship smartphone, which will be available in a regular edition (F3 with 2GB RAM) and a limited edition (F3 Pro with 3GB of RAM). The Doogee F3 and F3 Pro will vary not only in terms of the RAM but also it terms of some of the design elements. The F3 Pro is expected to get wooden back panels, which have been highlighted in the leaked images of the phone.
The wood backs for Doogee F3 Pro are reportedly produced by the same company which has done the OnePlus 2's StyleSwap wood rear panels. While the images show Bamboo and Ebony wood backs, we might see more options of the rear panels for the phone at the time of its launch.
As for specs details, the F3 is expected to come with 5-inch HD 720p display, while the Pro being a higher end version will flaunt a QHD display offering 1440x2560 pixels resolution, 3GB of RAM, and 21-megapixel rear camera with Sony sensor.
As far as the price and launch of the Doogee F3 and Doogee F3 Pro are concerned, the phones are expected to be unveiled soon for $149.99 and $169.99 respectively.
