Future iPhones reported to come with Samsung made OLED panels
'Once foes to now friends' seems to be the ideology in the mobile industry. According to a new report the company which was embroiled in a legal battle with Samsung is now planning to join hands to source OLED panels for their upcoming iPhone.
In fact the report states that Samsung will soon be closing the deal with the Cupertino giant. As a matter of fact Samsung OLED panels are already being used by Apple in their latest Apple Watch. Presently the iPhone uses a LCD panel possibly sourced from LG.

The Korean electronics giant is reported to increase it OLED production capacity to provide panels to Apple. Rather Samsung is planning to set up a manufacturing panels exclusively for the productions OLEDs.
To fund their ambitious projects Samsung has already sold it LCD facility to a Chinese company. Moreover Apple is also expected to fund a part of the cost for setting up the plant.
