Gionee has now posted a teaser regarding the launch of their Elife S8 on 22nd February at the MWC 2016. For those unaware the MWC 2016 is scheduled to take place at Barcelona, Spain from 22nd-25th February.

The Gionee Elife S8 is an updated version of the Elife S7 which was one of the slimmest dual SIM smartphone when it was launched last year. Incidentally not much details regarding the Elife S8 are known as of yet. However Gionee is ready to give away some information related to the alleged device, just to keep the hype building.

The fact that Gionee is focusing on the camera department of the Elife S8 is quite surprising considering the fact that S series is mainly meant to be fashionable. In fact the company had previously stated that their E series are meant for delivering the best ever camera experience to its users.

One of the most exciting features of the Gionee Elife S8 smartphone is the "Pressure Sensitive" display. While it's still not clear what Gionne is trying to refer to, there's a possibilty for the company to integrate a Force Touch panel in the Elife S8.
