Taiwan-based handset maker HTC is trying all possible ways to revive its market for past few years. As per the recent report, the sales of HTC 10 has gone depressingly low after the much-hyped launch.
A new report by TrendForce says that the HTC 10 is struggling to reach 1 million units in total sales this year.
In an attempt to bring spark towards the consumers, the company is planning to launch -- HTC Desire 10, a mid-range smartphone in Q3, 2016.
Now, the latest news is that the HTC Desire 10 will come in two variants -- Desire 10 Pro and Desire 10 Lifestyle. This news was revealed by the popular leakster @evleaks through Venture Beat. As the leak only has Desire Lifestyle 10 specs, we don't have any information about the other variant.
Moving on, the Desire 10 Lifestyle smartphone will sport a 5.5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Further, it might come powered by a Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon under the hood.
If the rumor ends up being valid, this mid-ranger will come with 2GB RAM with 16GB of inbuilt storage, 3GB RAM with 32GB inbuilt memory. Moreover, the report suggests that the device will come with the expansion slot too.
Moreover, this smartphone is said to flaunt a 13MP rear camera with LED flash, 5MP front camera on board. Meanwhile, this smartphone will be shipped with Android 6.0 Marshmallow with HTC Sense UI out of the box.
However, we don't have any idea about the launch date and pricing range. We can expect the smartphones to be showcased in the upcoming IFA event also.
