Lava Iris X5 4G Spotted In Benchmark: Could it be Next Android One Smartphone?
Earlier this month, it was rumored that, Indian smartphone vendor, Lava is planning to launch its next smartphone running Android One. Now an unannounced smartphone has been spotted online.
The next Android One smartphone by Lava is dubbed as Iris X5 4G. According to a report, the Iris X5 4G might be a codename for the device and expected to be released under different name.

As per the GFX Benchmark listing the smartphone is said to sport a 4.6 inch HD display at 1280x720 pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 chipset at a clock speed of 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM and Mail-T720 GPU.
The smartphone features 16GB internal storage that can further expand using a microSD card upto 32GB. On camera front, it has 12MP rear camera, 7MP front-facing camera and runs on Android 5.1 out of the box.

While, the benchmark listing has not mentioned 4G, but the device name hints as it supports 4G LTE connectivity.
