New-Delhi based handset maker, Lava has launched its latest budget smartphone with 4G LTE support exclusively on the e-retailer Indiatimes shopping. Dubbed as A71, this device is shipped with Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box and can be upgradeable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

In terms of specifications, the A71 sports a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It is clocked at 1.5GHz and powered by a Quad-Core processor besides 1GB DDR3 RAM under the hood.

Talking about the storage, this budget smartphone comes equipped with 8GB of inbuilt memory, with an expandable option up via microSD card slot. Moving on to the operating system, this 4G enabled smartphone is shipped with Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box and it can also be upgraded to Android 6.0 Marshmallow in future.

Further, on the camera department, A71 flaunts a 5MP rear camera and 2MP front facing camera with LED flash on both sides.

On the connectivity, this device supports 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio. It is powered by a 2500mAh battery on board.

The Lava A71 4G comes in Silver with Blue and White with Gold variant with a price tag of Rs. 6,499. Anyhow, users can now get their hands on for just Rs. 5,849.
