Lenovo K5 Note launched with 5.5-Inch Display, Metal Body and fingerprint scanner
Lenovo has launched the K5 Note smartphone in China. Only a few weeks ago the company had launched the Vibe K4 Note in China.The smartphone will be initially available only in China before it makes a debut elsewhere.So a launch in India can be expected in the coming weeks or months, though there is no official word from Lenovo.
The Lenovo K5 Note has an 5.5-inch full HD IPS Display with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels. The Lenovo Vibe K5 Note has a 13MP rear camera with PDAF autofocus with an aperture of f/2.2 and dual-tone LED Flash. It also has an 8MP camera on the front for selfies.
The all new Lenovo K5 Note has a fingerprint scanner and full metal body. The finger print scanner is placed below the rear camera. Interestingly, the Lenovo K5 Note has a Dolby Atmos powered speakers for enhanced sound.
The K5 Note is powered by a MediaTek processor. The K5 Note has a 64-bit octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor clocked at a speed of 1.8 Ghz along with 2GB of RAM and a Mali-T860 GPU. The device has an internal storage fo 16GB and is expandable upto 128GB via microSD.

The Lenovo K5 Note is listed in China as being a 4G LTE device with compatibility to Indian 4G bands as well. Connectivity options include GPRS / EDGE, 3G, A-GPS, Bluetooth 4.0 and Micro-USB and FM Radio. The smartphone has a Dual Nano-SIM. It also has a digital compass, accelerometer, proximity and ambient light sensor.
The Phone is priced at CNY 1,099 or approximately Rs. 11,350.
