LG has already launched an array of new devices with the G4 iteration in the market just recently. Evidently, the batch was, since quite some time not complete as the rumors of the new G4 Pro also entered the scene.
Rumors are rife that the ascending South Korean tech giant will launch the latest of the devices in the G4 line up - the LG G4 Pro in a premium range later this year.
Now a new report from Korean media states that the G4 Pro will be a phablet which will be touting the IPS-LCD display size of 5.8 inch and more specifically, it will be a QHD display (2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution). LG is going to use the same Quantum Display, which was first used on LG's G4.
But it's not the information on the display that has been reported in the current news, but also comes along, some information about the hardware. In addition, the device is also said to sport a dual camera setup that will have an always-on focusing feature. The report says that this is the feature that will make the LG G4 Pro a unique one among the other flagship devices other than the HTC One M8 and Huawei Honor 6, which already use the similar dual camera setup.
It is reportedly said that the massive phablet will be using the same Snapdragon 810 instead of the updated Snapdragon 820, which has not been used by any of the smartphone makers.
Another, tip that, which is not confirmed as of now, is that it will come with a gigantic 4GB of DDR4 RAM. This simply means that the device will ace in the benchmark tools. Moreover, if LG actually releases the device with the aforementioned hardware combination and additionally offer the goodness of the flagship devices to the G4 Pro, it sure is going to be a major hit later this year.
People are quite fascinated with the camera unit that are used in the smartphones these days. You might thus have already become curious about the unit that is going to be used in the G4 Pro. Well, we are not sure as of now. But if the report published back in June is to be believed than you can expect a G4 Pro with an incredible 27MP rear camera and a metal build.
One of the things about the device that you should also be aware of is that with the specs mentioned for the G4 Pro, LG is most likely tend to make it premium in terms of pricing.
Although, the specs sheet of the LGG4 Pro has not been released in totality at the moment, but even with whatever we know so far, it looks like it is trying to take over the pride and glory from the flagship like Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Sony's upcoming Xperia Z5 and Apple's iPhone 6S Plus.
