The upcoming LG Nexus device has been shrouded with many a rumours till date. In fact most the specs of the device got leaked thanks to tipsters around the globe. However the details regarding the cameras weren't know as of yet. But thanks to the Amazon listing of the upcoming LG Nexus 5X specs got aired a little too early.
In accordance with previous leaks, the Amazon listing claims that LG Nexus 5X comes with a 5.2 inch Full HD (1920x1080) and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa core SoC with cores clocked at 1.8GHz each.
This is strapped onto a Adreno 418 GPU and 2GB of RAM. This is a little disappointing considering the fact that many a previous leaks hinted at a 3GB variant of the device.
Further despite the previous rumours hinting the LG Nexus 5X to be a camera centric device, in reality it house a 12.3MP rear camera along with a 5MP front. In terms of sheer megapixels these aren't quite ground breaking specs.
However there's not information regarding the exact sensor and presence of OIS, PDAF/Laser Autofocus. The variant listed on Amazon further comes with 16GB of internal storage along with a nano SIM slot. The battery on the inside is 2700mAh which will hopefully be decent for a SD808 device.
One of the apparent issues with the LG Nexus 5X is its weight. Despite being a 5.2 inch device tipping the scales at 154x10x7.6 cm the device weighs around 175 grams. The higher weight may be due to the metal constructions of the LG device.
Apparently the Amazon listing seem to have removed! Indian e-commerce website to have done such a glitch before by throwing the gauntlet even before the Mot G3 was launched in India.
