Meitu is a brand which many may not have heard about in India. Surprisingly though, the owners of Micromax Canvas Selfie and Canvas Selfie 2 had been unknowingly using a Meitu device all the way (yes the Micromax devices are rebranded Meitu phones).
The Chinese OEM has however limited itself to produce only camera centric phone. Now the company is all set to launch its next device called the Meitu V4. Apparently the device first made its appearance in TENAA a week back.
The Meitu V4 just like its predecessors sports a Dual (Front+Rear) camera setup. However the camera have now been improved to a 21MP units from the existing 13MP. The device however appears to carry forward thw design language of previos gen Meitu device. The notable difference however is the presence of a dual front firing speakers.
Under the hood of the Meitu V4 is MediaTek Helio X10 octa core SoC with cores clocked at 2.0GHz each along with 3GB of RAM. It has 64GB of onboard storage and runs on Android Lollipop on top.
Details about the prcing of the device aren't known as of now. However you can expect more details to arise before the launc scheduled on 17th of November.
