BGR India has posted an alleged photo of an unannounced Micromax smartphone, and is claiming that this will be the Micromax's ultra-budget offering, which will be unveiled next week on Flipkart. The photo does not reveal much about the phone, apart from showing off the bottom edge with a speaker grille and a microUSB port. Going by the photo, the forthcoming Micromax smartphone will come with a metallic rim running across sides.

As for specs and features, the report does not mention specs details of the phone.
Going by the specs of Micromax's recently launched budget smartphones, including the Canvas Spark and Unite 3, it is likely that this one too comes with a quad-core chipset with 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage, 3G connectivity support, and an 8-megapixel rear camera paired with 2-megapixel front facing snapper. It is likely to also run on Android Lollipop.
However, the phone might be placed at an even lower price point to meet the specs of the recently launched Canvas Bolt D303 and Canvas Bolt 301. You can read more about these devices from here.

To recap on specs of Micromax Canvas Spark and the Unite 3, these are the company's ultra budget smartphones that come with a 4.7-inch display with qHD resolution and WVGA resoution respectively. Both phones run on 1.3GHz MediaTek quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage with microSD card slot, and feature 8-megapixel rear camera with 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Both run on Android 5.0 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
The Unite 3, however, boasts an additional multiple Indian languages support feature that can help translate and transliterate text in Indian languages.
UPDATE: Seems like the company is indeed going to launch a phone next week, as we have just received an invite from Micromax for an event scheduled for July 27. Our source has confirmed that Micromax will be launching an ultra-budget smartphone at this event.
