Motorola is making its flagship smartphone more compatible to rival Samsung Galaxy S6 and HTC One M9. The Moto X 2015 is in making with rich array of customization option innovative features. The Internet is abound with number of rumors and leaks of the upcoming third-generation Moto X smartphone.

The company is going to host an event on July 28, where, it is expected to unveil the new Moto X, alongside a new Moto G smartphones. While, both smartphone are expected to be made available starting August this year.

The upcoming third-generation Moto X will come in multiple design variants. One flaunting a wood grain back plate and another sporting a usual carbon fiber patterned back. Rumors suggest that Motorola will release the Moto X (2015) in two models. One with 5.2 inch and another with 5.7 inch, qHD display panel.

According to a leaked image, the Moto X 2015 looks similar to a Moto X design with metal band on the back. While, the camera and flash seems to be different compared to the current model. The company's Logo on the back for the handset also makes it to the new model.

While, the front panel of the third-generation Moto X sports a two speaker grilles, which means the smartphone will pack stereo speakers.

Its a great time for Motorola to launch the Moto X 2015 running the Android M out-of-the-box, but this wont be so easy for the company, as Google is busy with Nexus devices to introduce the Android M. Instead, it is expected the 2015 Moto X will be shipped with Android Lollipop, later it can be update to Android M. Just like the current models, the third-generation Moto X is expected to get stock Android look and feel.

The latest rumors speculates that the next Moto X will be powered by a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM. The Snapdragon 810 chip is powering the flagship smartphone like HTC One M9 and Sony Xperia Z4.

Motorola has lagged behind with camera in current Moto X models with other flagship smartphones. It is expected that Motorola could be preparing a impressive camera for the third-generation Moto X. It is said to have a 16 megapixel rear camera, a 5 megapixel front facing camera.

Motorola is going to host an event on July 28, where, it is expected to unveil the new Moto X, alongside a new Moto G smartphones. While, both smartphone are expected to be made available starting August this year.

The launch will take place in multiple destinations namely New Delhi, Sao Paolo and New York.
