OnePlus 2 goes ‘Invite-Free’ forever in India
After some delay the OnePlus 2 is finally available Invite-Free in India. In case you are unaware of the backdrop then it's worth mentioning that OnePlus had originally promised that the smartphone will go Invite Free as early as Friday midnight. However due to certain reasons OnePlus failed to meet the deadline and also acknowledged that in an official blog post.
OnePlus had apparently been organizing limited period Open Sales for its 'Flagship Killer for 2016' for some time now. However in most of the cases the stocks were limited and the units flew of the sale even before all could reserve their OnePlus 2. Seeing this OnePlus bumped up its inventory and finally announced their plans of allowing Invite-Free sale of the smartphone during the Black Friday last week.

The OnePlus 2 was launched a few months back with 5.5 inch Full HD (1920x1080p) display, Snapdragon 810 SoC and 4GB of RAM. This is further complimented by a 32GB/64GB of onboard storage, Fingerprint Sensor and a Metal body.
On the rear of the OnePlus 2 is a 13MP f/2.0 aperture camera equipped with a LED flash and Laser Autofocus Sensor. There is also a 5MP front camera for selfies. One of the most touted feature of the OnePlus 2 however was the USB Type C port.
