OnePlus 2: The First Ever Open Sale is on Oct 12

Now it's the time for the OnePlus fanboys to get their hands on the brand new killer flagship OnePlus 2 without any invite. Yes! You read that right.

Carl Pei's start up venture OnePlus in ties with the e-retail store Amazon India will be opening up the sale of the OnePlus 2 for an entire hour from 12:00 to 1 PM without any invites on October 12th (Monday). As per the company, the sale would be for limited quantity which is expected to stock out quickly given the high demand for the device.

Initially, the OnePlus 2 smartphone went on sale in the Indian market back in August with Invites on the Amazon India. And to reach the vast majority of fans, the company has made sure that, every person is entitled to a single unit purchase.

Reiterating the specifications once again, the OnePlus 2 comes with power packed specs including 5.5 inch Full-HD display, Snapdragon 810, Adreno 330 GPU, 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM, 13MP/5MP camera package, USB Type-C connectivity with cable reversible at both end, fingerprint scanner, 3300mAh battery on board.

In an attempt to lure the customers attention, the Chinese handset company is trying different strategy to its device. However, the company can try to adopt the flash sale model instead of invite system to reach wider audience with ease.

Get OnePlus One for Free, if not in 60 minutes

Meanwhile, in Bangalore, the OnePlus has announced a unique promotion in ties with the logistics marketplace startup Blowhorn.

With this promotion, the customers will have the opportunity to get OnePlus One handset delivered at their doorstep in 60 minutes or they get it absolutely free. The countdown to the 60 minutes delivery will begin once the order is accepted by Blowhorn.
