Unlike the existing variant which comes with 3GB RAM/32GB internal storage the new Oppo R7 Plus sports 4GB of RAM/64GB of onboard storage. The rest of the specs of the smartphone however remains the same. In terms of build the Oppo R7 Plus sports a metal build and measure at 152x82x7.8mm.
The new variant of the Oppo R7 Plus is still powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC with eight cores clocked at 1.5GHz each. This is coupled with an Adreno 405 GPU. On the front the Oppo R7 Plus sports a 6 inch Full HD (1080x1920p) AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and pixel density of 367ppi. In terms of camera the Oppo R7 Plus features a 13MP rear camera equipped with Laser Autofocus and Dual LED Flash. Furthermore there is also an 8MP selfie snapper on the front.
The Oppo R7 Plus is powered by a 4000mAh battery and runs on Android Lollipop 5.1 with the company's own ColorOS 2.1 interface on top. Oppo is also working on a Stock AOSP ROM for the device which will be launched pretty soon.
As for the price the enhanced variant of the Oppo R7 Plus comes at CNY 2,999 Yuan (Rs 31,000 approx.) in China for the Unicom Model and CNY 3,299 (Rs 34,000 approx.) for the International Model. It is currently up for sales via the official Oppo China website. However it's worth noting that sales will start only later this month.
