Rumors are rife that Samsung is working on new Galaxy 'C' series smartphone, though nothing concrete is yet known about the unannounced phone. Previous reports and leaks suggested that the company is working on smartphone named the Galaxy C5 and Galaxy C7. Now, the Galaxy C7 has now been spotted again, this time on GFXBench as well as on an import/export site.
As per the latest leak, the GFXBench reveals that Galaxy C7 (SM-C7000) will feature a 5.5-inch display, which contradicts the 5.7-inch display detail as given on the Indian export/import site Zauba. While both sites mention the phone's screen to have full HD quality, there still is confusion around the dimension of this unannounced Samsung smartphone.
However, other features that are listed on the GFXBench are similar to those revealed by previously leaked AnTuTu list. It is expected that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 625 octa-core chipset with Qualcomm Aderno 506 GPU, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, and sport 16MP rear camera coupled with 8MP front-facing selfie camera.
Listings also suggest Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow powering the software. Also, the Galaxy C series is believed to don thin metallic chassis.
As far as the launch and price of the phone is concerned, the Galaxy C7 is expected to get launch sometime next month in China. Speaking of price, the Zauba listing revealed that the C7 will come for Rs 13,635.
