Even though, its latest flagships didn't go well among the masses due to high price factor, the South Korean giant Samsung has managed to maintain its leadership in the worldwide smartphone market, with a share of 21.4% by increasing the shipments of lower-end models, particularly to regions like Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Anyhow, according to the report, Samsung's streamlined portfolio of devices, including the premium A-series, J series proved successful in many mid-tier markets that were typically dominated by local brands.
In line with this report, the Samsung has quietly launched its budget range smartphone in the Indian market followed by the Galaxy Core Prime VE release few days back.
Dubbed as Galaxy J1 Ace, this device was earlier available in the Indian offline market before the official launch to be clear, according to the mumbai-based retailer Mahesh telecom.
As per NDTV Gadgets, the company has launched it officially in the Indian market in three variants which is Black, Blue and White.

Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace, sports a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display with 480 x 800 pixels. It is clocked at 1.3 GHz dual-core processor coupled with 512MB RAM under the hood.
This device has inbuilt storage of 4GB, with an expansion option of up to 64GB via microSD card on board. Talking about the software, this device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box.
Further, on the imaging factor, Galaxy J1 Ace has 5MP autofocus rear camera, 2MP front-facing camera on board. Moreover, this supports connectivity options such as 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. Atlast, the whole hardware is juiced with a 1800mAh battery with Ultra power saving mode. The Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace is now available at a price of Rs. 6,300.
This Samsung Galaxy J1 Ace will be up against the like of Xiaomi Redmi 2, Lenovo A6000, Motorola Moto E (2015), Yu Yureka and others.
