The South Korean techie Samsung has officially launched its entry level 4G enabled Galaxy J2 smartphone in the Indian market under.

This smartphone comes with Ultra Data Saving mode, which lets users to allow and block individual apps using mobile data for optimization. This feature will save up to 50% data across all the content and free's the RAM usage up to 11%.

Samsung Galaxy J2 - Key Specifications

Samsung Galaxy J2, sports a 4.7-inch qHD Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core Exynos 3475 processor besides 1GB RAM under the hood.

Further, this device comes with 8GB of internal memory, with an expansion option of up to 128GB via microSD card slot. In terms of software, this device is shipped with Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.

Moving on, Galaxy J2 flaunts a 5MP auto focus rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.2 aperture, 720p HD video recording, 2MP front snapper on board.

On the connectivity option, this device supports 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio and powered by a 2000mAh battery.

The Samsung Galaxy J2 comes in Black, White and Gold color variant and will be available from September 21 at a price of Rs. 8,490.
