Samsung has listed the successor of the last year's Galaxy Core Prime on its official India eStore. The new smartphone Samsung Galaxy Core Prime VE has the similar design of its predecessor, but comes with upgraded hardware than the senior kin.

The Core Prime VE sports a 4.5 inch WVGA display at a resolution of 800x480 pixels. It is powered by 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.
