Moreover, the company has showcased some of the features including Apps Edge, ability to save images in RAW format in the camera app, and slightly updated icons.

The company has started rolling out the update for Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge in its home market, which includes Samsung Pay, new icons and overall improved user interface, Apps Edge, and UHQ upscaler and Vacuum Tube Amp Pro for better audio. Apart from this, the live YouTube Broadcasting mode has also been added in the camera apps.

On the other hand, Samsung has launched the Galaxy S6 Edge+ in the Indian market at a price of Rs. 57,900. It comes packed with 5.7-inch dual-curve Super AMOLED display, Octa-Core Exynos 7420 processor, 4GB LPDDR4 RAM, 32GB of built-in memory, Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, 16MP rear camera, 5MP front camera on board.
