With the launch of Apple iPhone 7 and 7 Plus around the corner in India, the domestic e-commerce major, Flipkart joined forces with Apple. Unlike earlier when Flipkart used to depend on third-party sellers, the Indian e-commerce giant can now directly source the new iPhones from Apple itself.
Apple's former authorised retailer, Infibeam will also sell the latest iteration of Apple iPhones in India. The Apple iPhone 7 is priced at Rs. 60,000 for the 32GB variant with the 256GB variant priced at Rs. 80,000.
On the other hand, iPhone 7 Plus will start at Rs. 72,000 for the 32GB variant and reaches as high as Rs. 92,000 for the 256GB variant. Both the iPhones will be available for purchase in India starting from 7th of October. Pre-registrations have already begun in India.
Here's a list of major online Indian-retailers from whom you can gift yourselves the latest Apple iPhone.
Akin to the earlier times, Infibeam will also source iPhones from Apple directly. However, unlike Flipkart, it is considered more as a distributor than a direct source of purchase for end users. This, by any means, is not to say that you cannot buy an iPhone directly from its website.
Though Amazon doesn't have a head-start like the domestic e-tailer, both the iPhones will be available for purchase in Amazon as well.
Snapdeal is another major Indian e-tailer which offers the current generation of iPhones for purchase.
Paytm is widely known for the kind of cashback it offers to its customers. So, if you are looking to spare yourselves some cash, Paytm is not a bad place to look at.
Owned by the Tata Group, Croma is another e-tailer which will offer both the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus for purchase in India. You can also pre-register on the company's website to get notifications about pre-bookings and the availability.
Relatively new to the Indian e-commerce sector, Shopmonk is another online source for the purchase of new iPhones. Despite its mixed reviews, the only reason for us to list this e-tailer is the fact that it offers up to 18% discounts on the new Apple iPhones. It was also the first online retailer in India to sell the Apple Watch.
